Job Description

Earn $100 paid the day you work for a 4 hour working interview! Message us here to arrange your interview, and come prepared to work! The 4 hour shift starts at 1pm. Who We Are We are a small, hands-on cannabis farm. We keep tight records, stay compliant, and get the work done. You are dependable, practical, and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions. This role is physical first. What You'll Do Field Work Bed prep, transplanting, pruning, trellising, staking. Irrigation setup, checks, and basic repairs. Weed control with hand tools and string trimmers. Nutrient mixing and feeding per SOPs. Scouting plants and flagging issues. Harvest Support Chop, buck, and transport biomass. Wet and dry handling, weighing, and bagging. Move product to dry/cure per chain-of-custody steps. Room resets, sanitation, and waste handling per SOPs. Packaging Cannabis Products Fill jars, mylar bags, or other containers with cannabis flower our pre-ground. Seal, label, and organize packaged products according to production guidelines. Facility Upkeep Mowing, trimming, debris removal, path clearing. Tool cleaning, storage, and basic maintenance. Load, unload, and organize supplies. Record Support Read and follow daily work lists. Enter simple counts and weights on paper or tablet when asked. Follow compliance SOPs around product handling. S chedule and Term 20 to 40 hours per week. Early starts. Some weekends during harvest. Seasonal role through mid October to mid November, depending on weather and crop. Physical Requirements Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly. Stand and walk most of the day on uneven ground. Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching overhead. Use ladders up to 10 ft with three points of contact. Operate handheld tools and string trimmers for extended periods. Work in heat, cold, rain, humidity, dust, and pollen. Wear required PPE (gloves, eye protection, masks as needed). Tolerate repetitive tasks with consistent output. Reasonable accommodations considered. What We're Looking For Must Have 21 or older. Able to pass a background check. Reliable transportation and on-time attendance. Can follow SOPs and safety rules without shortcuts. Comfortable with basic tools and outdoor work. Clear communicator. Asks questions when unsure. Team mindset. Helps where needed and cleans as you go. Nice to Have Prior farm, landscaping, construction, or warehouse experience. Cannabis cultivation or post-harvest experience. Basic comfort with checklists. Valid driver's license for on-site vehicles or UTVs. Familiarity with METRC chain-of-custody is a plus.
