Production Worker Job Description We are currently seeking dedicated production workers - this role is perfect for individuals passionate about working in a manufacturing environment and eager to advance their skills. You will be paired with a trainer to guide you through the different processes of our manufacturing operations and provide regular check-ins to ensure your progress. Responsibilities Conduct consistent inspections throughout the shift. Enter data into the computer system accurately. Ensure the production line is running smoothly in collaboration with a technician. Perform changeovers for new products. Maintain a clean workspace by organizing products and sweeping. Relieve colleagues during their break times. Essential Skills Strong job tenure with a stable work history. Ambition and willingness to learn. Interest in working within a manufacturing environment. Ability to read a ruler and perform basic math. Completion of a ruler test. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Experience using micrometers and calipers. Experience in a manufacturing setting. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Easthampton, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
