Production Worker Job Description We are currently hiring general production workers for our overnight shift. We seek individuals who are passionate about working in a manufacturing environment and eager to enhance their skills. You will be assigned a trainer to guide you through our manufacturing processes and provide regular check-ins to ensure your progress. Responsibilities Conduct consistent inspections throughout the day. Enter data into a computer system. Ensure the production line runs smoothly. Partner with a Technician for line setup and product changeovers. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, especially during downtime. Relieve colleagues during break times. Essential Skills Good job tenure with a stable work history. Ambitious and willing to learn. Understanding of reading a ruler and basic math skills. Ability to pass a ruler test. Experience in assembly, machine operation, inspection, and machine operating. Proficiency in using micrometers, computer skills, and calipers. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced setting. Experience using micrometers and calipers. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Why Work Here? The current openings are on the overnight shift, from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, with a rotating schedule of 36 and 48-hour work weeks. Employees receive two 15-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch during their 12-hour shifts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Easthampton, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
