  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced 3rd shift Rubber Press operator to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating rubber presses and will be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for fabricating and printing rubber products using a variety of machinery and equipment. Responsibilities
  • Operate rubber presses to fabricate and print rubber products.
  • Perform quality control checks on all products to ensure they meet the company's standards.
  • Utilize machinery to machine and fabricate rubber components.
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet production deadlines and maintain a high level of quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed. Hours are Monday
  • Wednesday 745 pm to 745am
  • Must train on 1st shift 745am to 745pm
