$19/hr Post training pay: $20/hr- $24/hr (based on role, shift and competency) Training Shift (3-months) : 9am
- 5pm
Post Training Shifts Available:
12-hour rotating shift, 7am- 7pm or 7pm
- 7 am 8 hour shift
- 3:00pm
- 11:30pm or 11:30pm
- 7:30 am

Paid, hands-on training Career growth into pharamaceutical manufacturing or packaging State-of-the-art equipment and cleanroom work environment Full benefits from Day 1 Weekly Pay Stable, growing pharmaceutical company What You'll Do Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging equipment Perform machine setup, changeovers, and cleaning between batches Follow cGMP standards and SOPs to maintain compliance and product quality Complete accurate production documentation and batch records Conduct line clearance, equipment checks, and calibrations Support preventative maintenance and troubleshooting Work closely with your team to meet production goals What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) Ability to follow instructions and document processes accurately Willingness to work on-site and learn regulated processes Prior experience working with machines is a MUST Experience in pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or other cGMP environments is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35-50 lbs and stand for long periods Comfortable working with equipment, PPE, and regulated materialsJob Type:
