Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, dependable and detail-oriented General Polymer Technician Production Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing team on the second shift, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. This vital role involves supporting the production of high-quality polymer products through hands-on operation of machinery, materials handling, and packaging processes. About the Role You will work with polymer materials that are made custom for our customers. Our industry uses state-of-the-art equipment which allows us to create products and displays like the ones seen in grocery stores, beverage packaging, retail products, or point-of purchase displays. Duties Operate and monitor polymer production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols Process plates through platemaking equipment Perform quality checks on finished products, ensuring compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and specifications Cut plates to prepare them for the mounting department to proof for the customer Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following clean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency Document production activities accurately, including batch records, and process logs Experience Experience operating machinery related to polymer processing or machining is highly desirable, but are willing to train Requirements Basic math, reading, and writing skills Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and interpret specifications Ability to analyze a variety of processing situations Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift raw material, lifting 20lbs regularly Attendance, conduct, appearance and strong work ethic Shift deferential added to second shift employees. Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
