of Cape Cod , we don't just sit behind a screen—we build brands. We are looking for a Designer / Production Specialist who can handle the "click" of the mouse and the "thwack" of the squeegee. You'll be responsible for taking a project from a client's rough idea to a finished, high-quality physical product.

What You'll Be Doing Design & Pre-Press:

Creating layouts, logos, and print-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite. You'll ensure everything is scaled correctly and colors are spot-on.

Production & Assembly:

Operating large-format printers, cutters, and laminators. This includes weeding vinyl, applying graphics to various substrates (aluminum, PVC, acrylic), and finishing banners.

Quality Control:

Being the final set of eyes. If a sign isn't perfect, it doesn't leave the shop.

Collaboration:

Working closely with the sales team and the Center Manager to meet tight deadlines and keep our Cape Cod clients happy.

What We're Looking For Software Chops:

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a must. Photoshop and InDesign are big pluses.

Mechanical Aptitude:

You're comfortable working with your hands, using tools (exacto knives, tape measures, power drills), and standing for long periods.

Detail Obsession:

You notice when a font is slightly "off" or a bubble is under the vinyl.

Adaptability:

The Cape season can get busy! You need to be able to pivot between multiple projects without losing your cool.

Bonus Points For:

Previous experience in the sign industry or wide-format printing. Knowledge of vehicle wrap installation. A portfolio that shows both digital design and physical builds. Why Join
