You'll be part of a supportive, fast-moving team focused on all shirt orders from start to finish in the production process. We'll provide on-site training

• no prior production experience required, just the right attitude!

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday, daytime hours (no late nights or weekends required) What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and organized , with a love for consistent, process-driven work.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team that values accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Working with our inventory system to stock shirts on shelves Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to product the output of orders Layout designs evenly and accurately on shirts to press Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation Ensure quality standards are met on every order and meet company guidelines Use a heat press to finish the production of the shirts

What You'll Bring Required:

Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
