Opportunity:
As a vital member of our team, you'll dive into the dynamic world of aerospace manufacturing, collaborating with seasoned professionals to revolutionize the industry. You'll have the opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, gaining hands-on experience in process improvement, production optimization, and cutting-edge technology implementation.
Location:
Malden, MA Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop, modify, and build machinery for production needs. Rapidly prototype and produce production-ready equipment. Utilize machinery and materials to create custom components. Collaborate across departments, including Operators, Engineers, Quality, EH&S, and KPO team. Implement Kaizen tools for process improvement. Interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances as per customer specifications. Perform diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment. Support and participate in various roles throughout the shop such as Kaizen and 3S workshops, including performing flow line operations. Observes all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security. Ability to work independently, as well as perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma and be actively enrolled in an accredited University. 1-2 years' experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly. 1-2 years' experience of mechanical components and machine design.

Physical Requirements:
Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment (Safety Glasses & Safety Shoes). Must be able to frequently sit, stand, and walk. Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
