Job Description
Must be available for work schedule of Monday through Friday (Sunday night through Thursday night) from 10pm to 6:30am.
Must be able to:
- Operate machinery in multiple work cells, including spray drier, furnaces, screener, mixers, ovens and extruder
- Complete batch sheets to document production data
- Perform simple calculations to ensure quality of product being produced
- With training, operate fork lift, man lift, and overhead cranes
- Work in confined space environment
- Follow lock out/ tag out procedures
- Follow all company work and safety rules
- Troubleshoot potential manufacturing failures or quality issues
- Follow escalation process for any concerns
- Read & interpret Safety Data Sheets & identify hazardous materials
- Follow a flexible work schedule, including unplanned overtime
- Wear proper protective equipment at all times
- Lift 50 lbs
- Utilize basic hand and power tools

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred, but we will train the right person
- Have knowledge of working with Personal Protective Equipment such as Tyvek, respirators, safety glasses, and ear protection
- Have knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
- Basic math skills
- Position is paid an hourly wage plus a shift differential
