Manufacturer Super Brush LLC is a family-owned, Made in the USA manufacturer with over 65 years of experience producing precision foam swabs for medical, automotive, electronics, and industrial markets. We are currently hiring an experienced Machine Operator for our 2nd shift team. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience looking for a stable, long-term career with growth potential. What You'll Do Operate multiple foam swab production machines Perform pull tests and basic quality checks Maintain lot control and accurately label cartons Perform die cleanings and complete required logs Make minor adjustments to machine settings (including temperature) Follow clean room procedures and production standards Keep work areas clean and organized (5S standards) Support safe operations and comply with all safety requirements What We're Looking For 2+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in light industrial production settings Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Comfortable working on your feet or seated for extended periods Pay & Benefits $18.00
