Full-Time Manufacturing Experience Required Super Brush LLC is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Machine Operator to join our 3rd Shift production team in Springfield, Massachusetts. This position requires a minimum of two years of manufacturing experience and two years of machine operation experience. We are looking for dependable individuals who can operate equipment, maintain quality standards, complete production documentation, and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. For over 65 years, Super Brush has manufactured precision foam swabs and applicators used in aerospace, electronics, automotive, industrial, medical, and specialty manufacturing applications. Shift Schedule Monday•Friday 10:30 PM•6:15 AM No rotating schedules Weekends off 36.25-hour work week Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment used in the production of precision foam swabs Perform machine setups, adjustments, and minor process changes as required Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments, including temperature settings Perform pull tests, inspections, and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Maintain lot control and ensure accurate product labeling and traceability Complete production records and quality documentation accurately Perform die cleaning and routine equipment maintenance tasks Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate larger issues to maintenance personnel Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards Follow all clean room, quality, and safety procedures Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required Minimum 2 years of machine operation experience required High school diploma or GED Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to follow work instructions and production documentation Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience performing machine setups and adjustments Experience using measuring devices and inspection gauges Experience working in clean room or regulated manufacturing environments Experience completing production and quality documentation Basic computer and data entry skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion activities Why Join Super Brush?
