What You'll Do Operate fill and packaging production equipment
Inspect, label, and package finished products
Verify raw materials and components to ensure production accuracy
Follow manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
Assist with troubleshooting production equipment and process issues
Complete production documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Adhere to all FDA, ISO, OSHA, and company quality requirement

Job Requirements
What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required
Manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or machine operation experience preferred
Experience in a regulated environment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written procedures and documentation requirements
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working in a production environment while wearing required PPE, including:
Safety glasses
Gloves
Lab coat
Safety shoes
Overtime may be required based on production needs
Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.

Be able to work on their feet.
Can work by themselves or with others.
They can work with their hands (Previous manufacturing, food service, working on cars).
Ability to sit, stand, bend, push, pull, or combine all movement types as necessary by and during the job assignment.
Capability to use hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches), electric and pneumatic power tools, in-house developed product-specific tooling/fixtures, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
