Position Overview As an Entry Level Production Associate, you will be trained to work with foam and rubber materials to produce finished parts. You will follow simple instructions, use basic tools and equipment, and develop skills in a structured production environment. Key Responsibilities Learn to cut, shape, and fabricate foam components Secure materials into jigs and fixtures for processing Apply silicone coatings and assist in shaping materials Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Follow verbal and written instructions carefully Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Participate in cross-training, including rubber part production Qualifications Some Manufacturing experience or High Mechanical Aptitude is required Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to follow verbal instructions in English Positive attitude is a MUST!!!
