Job Description:

Job Overview Responsible for encouraging all team members to work together to meet customer quality and schedule requirements. As a member of the team, the team leader facilitates participation from each team member and provides leadership to ensure team goals and commitments are met. This is a 2nd shift opening that has a schedule of Monday through Friday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm. This position requires access to information that is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent residents, persons granted asylee status in the U.S., or persons admitted into the U.S. as a refugee.

Essential Functions:

Assist team members in meeting customer quality and schedule requirements. Facilitates participation from team members. Provides leadership to ensure team goals and commitments are met. What your background should look like High School Diploma or equivalent Four or more years of Manufacturing Team Leader assembly or cable experience. Leadership skills, Good human relation skills, Good presentation skills, Problem solving skills, Organization skills, Knowledge of Just‑In‑Time manufacturing techniques. Able to perform production line responsibilities Good understanding of all assembly or cable tools and equipment Competencies

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $44,100 - 66,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
