Job Description

Job Title:
Production Associate Job Description As a Production Associate, you will work on the production bottling line to ensure production goals are met. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, adjusting, and performing minor maintenance on equipment as needed. You will perform change-overs and set-ups for new products, maintain a clean and safe environment, and conduct and record periodic quality control checks. Adherence to all governmental and company regulations is essential, and you will work independently or as part of a team when necessary. Maintaining packing rates and participating in sanitation and maintenance efforts are also key responsibilities. Following all plant Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) is mandatory. Essential Skills Production experience. Forklift operation. Warehouse operations. Picking and packaging skills. Machine operation. Additional Skills & Qualifications 6+ months of forklift and production experience preferred. Basic math skills, including measurement, fractions, and reading gauges. Work Environment The work environment is a medium-sized manufacturing facility with approximately 40-50 people in production and warehouse roles, and it is continuing to grow. It is a GMP facility that bottles beverages, requiring strict adherence to GMP regulations and sanitation procedures. The warehouse shift is from 1:45pm to 10:15pm, Monday to Friday. The production second shift runs from 5pm to 5am, Monday to Thursday, with alternating Fridays from 5pm to approximately 9:45pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aberdeen, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
