As a Production Associate, you are responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate packing, labeling, shipping and delivery of our coffee products.
    Packing:
    Prepare and pack orders including coffee and allied products that we resell according to customer specifications and packaging guidelines. Ensure that the correct quantity and type of coffee products are packed in each order.
      Labeling:
      Label coffee packages with accurate information, including product names, weights, expiration dates (if applicable), and customer shipping details.
        Shipping :
        Prepare shipping documents, such as packing slips and invoices, and ensure compliance with shipping regulations and requirements.
          Quality Control :
          Conduct visual inspections of packed coffee products to ensure they meet quality standards for appearance and packaging integrity. Report any discrepancies or issues to the production supervisor.
            Inventory Management:
            Maintain accurate inventory records of packed and ready-to-ship coffee products, packaging materials, and shipping supplies. Assist in inventory replenishment and stock rotation as needed.
              Safety and Compliance:
              Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for handling coffee products, packaging materials, and equipment. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, including hazardous materials handling (if applicable).
                Deliveries:
                Assist with deliveries as needed of our coffee, cold brew, and allied products to our cafes and wholesale clients. Qualifications & Skills
                • Prior experience in a warehouse, production, or shipping environment is preferred.
                • Basic computer skills for using shipping software, inventory systems, and email communications.
                • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
                • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

                Pay:
                $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
