Job Duties:

Fold, assemble, and package various types and sizes of medical linen by hand. Feed medical linens into laundry equipment. Place finished products onto conveyors or into carts; dump slings of product onto worktables. Move loaded or empty carts/bins within the production area. Continuously meet efficiency and safety standards for the position. Working Conditions /

Physical Environment:

Temperature may range from 60°F to 95°F; candidates must be able to work in these conditions for 8+ hours per shift. Working environment may contain fumes, odors, dust, and dirt. Possible exposure to soiled linen items; protective clothing must be worn on soil lines.

Requirements:

Ability to work weekends and holidays. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Willingness to work in varying temperatures and handle soiled items safely.
