Job Description

Job Summary Aquafin, Inc. is seeking a dependable Shipping and Receiving Clerk/Production Support to support daily shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, and production needs. This role assists with inbound and outbound freight, shipment documentation, inventory counts, warehouse organization, and production-line coverage as needed. Essential Duties Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet company and customer schedules. Provide Customer Service with freight quotes, backorder updates, and shipping status. Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments, including shortages or damaged items. Prepare Bills of Lading and other required shipping documents. Assist with weekly, monthly, and bi-annual inventory counts. Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled warehouse areas, skids, materials, and supplies. Follow warehouse safety procedures and support safe department operations. Assist with packaging, restocking, clean-up, and end-of-day warehouse duties. Support the Shipping Department Manager with freight coordination and delivery timelines. Support the production line to provide labor coverage as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Current forklift operator certification is preferred. One year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or production experience preferred. Basic math skills, including estimating shipment weight and shipping costs. Ability to obtain and maintain OSHA-approved HAZMAT certification. Knowledge of packaging methods and warehouse safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar systems preferred. UPS/FedEx software experience preferred. Physical Requirements This warehouse position requires frequent standing, walking, stooping, reaching, lifting, pulling, pushing, grasping, and repetitive motion. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Pay:
$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
