Job Summary:

Based in Frederick, MD. Within 30 minutes from Loudon County, VA, Hagerstown, MD, and 10 minutes from Frederick city center. SmartBolts is a growing manufacturing and engineering firm. SmartBolts are advanced bolting products that are revolutionizing the world of industrial bolting. Essential Skills:

Ability to learn multiple production stations Attention to detail and completing all necessary documentation Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Basic math and use of different types of measuring devices Use of computer systems to enter production information

Qualifications:

High school Diploma/GED Attention to detail Speak/write English fluently Good vision and ability to distinguish colors Ability to lift/stand for 8 hours Ability to frequently lift 50lbs at a time

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical school/Technical training Production experience Machine shop experience Mechanical experience
