The Position:

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Production Specialist Team member to work 40 hours per week. The starting hourly rate for this role is $20.00.

Responsibilities:

Product Assembly and Order Fulfillment:

Assemble products and ensure orders are packed and shipped accurately.

Packing and Shipping:

Prepare items for delivery with secure packaging to ensure they arrive in great condition.

Warehouse Operations:

Organize inventory, manage stock, and assist with loading and unloading deliveries.

Equipment Maintenance:

Operate and maintain production equipment to keep everything running smoothly.

Safety Compliance:

Follow safety protocols and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as sales or support, to meet order deadlines and resolve any production-related issues.

Support Tasks:

Perform additional duties as assigned to support production and warehouse operations.

Ideal Candidate:

Technical Skills:

Ability to use tools and equipment for assembly and packing.

Physical Stamina:

Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50lbs and staying on your feet for extended periods.

Time Management:

Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Attention to
