Production Worker :

Follow instructions of production management and assist other team members when needed. Assist in startup of equipment and automated systems within assigned department. Manage work in process (WIP) to ensure timely processing to meet scheduled completion times. Use resources to ensure operational demands are met. Approach all aspects of the work to be performed with safety as the highest priority. Assist in the training of production associates and cross training initiatives. Production Worker :

Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Operate equipment such as power machinery for processing vinyl raw materials. Must work closely with lead technicians and supervisor to meet build requirements and schedules. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Willing to work flexible schedules as needed to meet delivery date The Production Worker will assist the lead associates and management team in monitoring, and facilitating production activities to maximize productivity. Candidates will be able to communicate well and have the ability and drive to learn quickly.
