Technical and ProductionFull-time3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer, supporting the design, configuration, and deployment of digital manufacturing solutions.
A DAY IN THE
LIFE... Set up a digital of KSR platforms used in production and utility including all modules in manufacturing area: Configure and deploy digital manufacturing (DMO/KSR) platforms across production and utility processes. Implement system modules including QMS, Start-up, Operation, Shutdown, and Center lining. Define and configure parameters for automatic real-time data capture Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate manufacturing systems with MES and SAP environments. Master in the manufacturing P&ID and control to partnering with production to simply visible to operators and supervisors. Develop and maintain production dashboards to provide daily operational insights and performance tracking. Enable data-driven decision-making through clear visualization and reporting of KPIs. Design and deliver training programs for DMO & other application modules to production, quality, and engineering teams. Conduct training to improve usability, standard practices, and system adoption.
