Job Description

Production Worker
  • Test Strip Manufacturing Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Production Worker to support the manufacturing of high‑quality test strips.
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging products while ensuring strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards. This position is well‑suited for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced production environment and take pride in accuracy, consistency, and teamwork. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials up to 25 lbs., and maintain focus and precision throughout the shift. Key Responsibilities Assemble and perform visual inspections of test strips to ensure accuracy and quality Safely lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 25 lbs. Package finished products and operate basic production equipment and tools Identify, segregate, document, and report defective materials or products in accordance with procedures Monitor and track material levels to support uninterrupted production flow Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times Perform additional duties as assigned, including occasional extended hours as business needs require Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment Ability to work effectively in roles such as line worker, machine operator, or picker/packer Proficiency with packing and packaging processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Additional Qualifications Entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply; stable work history and strong work ethic preferred Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50
  • $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
