Temp-to-Hire Our client is seeking a Production Operator to join their busy Biddeford team. This position pays $19+ per hour, based on experience and is temp-to-hire , offering strong long-term potential with a well-established manufacturer. This is an excellent hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, learning new equipment, and being part of a collaborative production environment. Apply today!Typical daily duties:
- Performing molding, mixing, machining, shaping, and assembly tasks
- Operating CNC machines, forming machines, and hand tools
- Reading and following technical drawings and instructions
- Mixing materials according to specifications
- Handling and moving materials with standard equipment
- Maintaining records and completing quality checks What we are looking for:
- Previous machine operating experience
- Caliper and measuring experience
- Basic computer and math skills
