The candidate will be primarily focused on the production and packing of our cedar products, but all employees are cross-trained on and have the opportunity to work on both wood-side and cart-side production. The Production Associate must be able to work quickly and accurately while adhering to high safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Production and packing of cedar garden products In addition to cedar production and packing activities, this employee will also have the opportunity to cross-train and support operations on the cart-side production and packing. As a small team, all employees are expected to learn other roles so they can fill in for and assist others when there are absences in the shop. Follow safety protocols in all aspects of the job Maintain a clean and organized work area Transport heavy packages (using material handling equipment to ensure safety)
