PM Fridays Payrate:
$16.50/hr. + $0.50/hr. differential for night shifts.
Job Description:
Immediate opening for a Production Associate to work for a well-established manufacturer in Presque Isle. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in building skills in a manufacturing environment. Prior production experience is helpful, but not required. Benefits are available after introductory period. The Production Associate will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality products that meet company standards for appearance and performance. This role involves operating and maintaining production machinery, completing basic equipment repairs, maintaining a safe, clean work area, and completing all required quality and production reports.
Responsibilities:
Manufacture products in accordance with quality assurance guidelines. Meet established production and performance goals. Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot simple mechanical issues as needed. Store finished products and raw materials in a safe and orderly manner. Complete and submit quality and production reports. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. Perform other relevant duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Ability to crouch, kneel, and climb on or under machinery to perform adjustments. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Ability to work will independently or as part of a team. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. TEMPO Employment Services is an EEO/AA employer.
