Duties Assist in the preparation and mixing of ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety compliance Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools Support packaging operations by filling, sealing, labeling, and inspecting finished products for quality assurance Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with industry regulations Document production activities accurately, including batch records, sanitation logs, and quality checks Skills Experience in manufacturing or food processing environments preferred (i.e. bakery), though not required Strong understanding of sanitation practices essential for maintaining a clean production space Mechanical aptitude to operate and troubleshoot production machinery effectively Ability to handle packaging equipment efficiently while adhering to safety procedures Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality standards in food production This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in the food industry while contributing to the creation of beloved ice cream treats.
