We are currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production & Shipping Associate to join our growing team. Position Overview The Production & Shipping Associate will be responsible for supporting daily operations in both production and warehouse functions. This includes order fulfillment, packaging, inventory handling, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Shift:

Monday through Thursday 7:00AM-4:30PM, Fridays 7:00AM-11:00

AM Pay Range:

$21.00-$25.00/hr. depending on experience Key Responsibilities Prepare, package, and label products for shipment Accurately pick and fulfill customer orders Operate production/printing equipment (digital machines, offset printing, binding, laminating, UV'ing) Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and documentation Assist in loading/unloading shipments Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or production preferred Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, accuracy Reliable to show up on time for scheduled shifts Efficient, good at prioritizing tasks and completing them timely Team player, adaptable, dependable Basic computer skills (experience with shipping software is a plus) Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds What We Offer Competitive compensation (include desired hourly pay in cover letter) Full time 40hr per week schedule Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume and a brief cover letter directly through Indeed.
