Production Technician - Multiple Shifts | Weekend Schedule Opportunity Wiscasset, ME Starting pay: $21.75/hour ️ 4-Day or 3-Day Workweek Options Looking for a career that matters and a schedule that works for your life? As we expand operations, we are hiring Production Technicians to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity with paid training , excellent benefits starting Day 1, and a clear pathway to a highly desirable weekend-only schedule . ️ Work Schedules Initial Shifts (Training & Ramp-Up Period) New hires will begin on one of the following Monday-Thursday schedules for the first few months: 1st
Shift:
5:00 AM - 3:00 PM 2nd
Shift:
3:00 PM - 1:00 AM ✅ Enjoy three-day weekends every week during this phase. Long-Term Schedule (Weekend Shift) After the initial training and ramp up period, employees will transition to: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM ✅ Work only 3 days per week with 4 days off , every week. What You'll Do Perform hands-on production and processing of specialty wound care products Manufacture products from raw materials through finished goods Operate, monitor, and inspect production equipment Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines Maintain clean, safe, inspection-ready work areas Communicate quality, safety, or equipment concerns promptly Contribute to Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts ✅
What We're Looking For Required:
Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working in a team-based manufacturing environment Willingness to learn GMP and ISO quality systems Ability to stand/walk most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs Flexibility to work assigned shifts during the transition period Preferred (not required): Manufacturing or production experience Familiarity with basic process equipment ✅ No prior manufacturing experience required - we provide paid, on-the-job training .
