We are seeking a dependable, hands-on team member to support our production operation through equipment cleaning, product processing, packaging, and preparation work. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and taking pride in keeping equipment clean, organized, and ready for production. This is not a research or academic laboratory position . Responsibilities Equipment Cleaning & Maintenance Wash beakers, flasks, graduated cylinders, kettles, and other production equipment Product Processing & Packaging Cover and process finished food products Shrink wrap trays and packaged products Prepare products for shipping and storage Production Preparation Prepare vials, bottles, plugs, and other materials for upcoming production runs Organize supplies and maintain inventory of commonly used materials Assist with general production support tasks as needed Organize and store cleaned equipment Maintain cleanliness of production areas Learn to disassemble, clean, and reassemble production equipment and dispensing systems Assist with routine equipment maintenance and upkeep What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Is comfortable performing repetitive hands-on work Takes pride in cleanliness and organization Can work independently once trained Pays attention to detail Maintains a steady pace throughout the day Is reliable and consistently shows up for scheduled shifts Works well in a small team environment Strongly Preferred Backgrounds Experience in one or more of the following is a plus: Commercial kitchen or food service Dishwashing work Manufacturing or production environments Janitorial or cleaning services Equipment maintenance or mechanical work Physical Requirements Able to stand for extended periods Able to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working around hot water, and production equipment Able to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday Important Notes This role involves a significant amount of cleaning, washing, packaging, and preparation work. Candidates who enjoy hands-on work, organization, and maintaining equipment will be most successful.
