Job Description

Heat2Power is pioneering the world's most efficient solid-state heat engine: the Air-Bridge Thermal Photovoltaic Cell (TPV). Our breakthrough technology converts high-temperature radiation into electricity at efficiencies exceeding 45%, unlocking new opportunities in clean energy and thermal energy storage. We are seeking a motivated and talented TPV Process Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will help fabricate and scale the next generation of Air-Bridge TPVs to meet increasing customer demand.
The TPV Process Technician will:
Work primarily in the Lurie Nanofabrication Facility (cleanroom) located at the University of Michigan. Collaborate closely with a small, interdisciplinary team on the design, fabrication, and characterization of TPV devices. Drive process improvements and innovations that will enable scalable, high-yield manufacturing.
