ResourceMFG is currently seeking Production Associates to support manufacturing operations in Battle Creek, MI. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and are looking for temporary employment. Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and assist with production equipment and machinery Perform packaging, assembly, stacking, and material handling duties Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet productivity and attendance expectations Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Qualifications Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and moving machinery Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required Schedule & Work Environment Must be open to working either 1st shift or 3rd shift Overtime may be required based on production needs Fast-paced manufacturing environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on shift and experience) Weekly pay Opportunity to gain experience with a well-established manufacturing company Production
