ob Overview We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a factory setting and possess mechanical knowledge, enabling them to contribute effectively to our production processes. This role involves working on the assembly line, utilizing various hand and power tools, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. Duties Operate machinery and equipment on the assembly line to produce high-quality products. Assemble components using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines. Assist in the training of new employees on production processes and equipment usage. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. Requirements Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly line operations is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Experience operating forklifts is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Willingness to adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
