We've been in business for 10+ years and create handcrafted steel goods sold in gift shops and national parks across the country. We're looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with their hands to help with production, finishing, and packaging. What You'll Do Grind, dremel, and finish small steel parts Assist with tumbling and surface prep Apply patinas (coloring/finishing techniques) Assemble and package finished products Help maintain consistent quality across batches What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail (this is critical) Comfortable doing repetitive, hands-on work Self-starter who can stay focused and work efficiently Reliable and shows up when scheduled Interest in art, craftsmanship, or working with your hands Bonus (not required): Metalworking, shop, or art experience Experience with grinders, rotary tools, or similar equipment Work Environment Small, casual, family-run workshop On your feet for most of the shift Use of safety gear (ventilation mask, ear protection, etc.) required Fast-paced during busy seasons

Schedule Part-time:
