Primary Duties:

Utilize equipment including shears, presses, brakes, and rolls to effectively shape, bend, or cut metal components. Ensure quality control by inspecting parts during the racking and un-racking process. Support production flow by manually loading and unloading machinery. Complete all required documentation accurately to ensure operational records are up to date. Review project guidelines to verify material needs and configure machine settings correctly. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the area tidy.

Essential Qualifications:

Prior background in a manufacturing setting is a plus. Completion of a GED or high school diploma is mandatory. Proficiency in English communication skills. Physical capacity to remain standing throughout 12-hour work periods. Ability to handle and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds. Must successfully clear a drug test and criminal background evaluation.
