216890 Start a steady manufacturing job with first shift hours and weekly pay. Diverse Staffing is hiring a Production Operator for a manufacturing facility in Chelsea, MI. This is an entry-level role supporting machine operations and production processes. What You'll Do Load materials into machines and production cells Operate basic production equipment and monitor performance Inspect parts for quality and report defects Assist with minor troubleshooting and adjustments Maintain a clean and safe work area Support team production goals Must-Have Requirements Able to stand and work for a full 8-hour shift Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally Basic math and reading skills Willing to follow safety procedures and instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality required Work Environment Non-climate-controlled facility (temperature varies) Moderate noise levels; PPE required Fast-paced production environment Standing, walking, and repetitive tasks throughout shift Preferred Experience Previous manufacturing or production experience Experience operating machines or assembly equipment Why Apply Weekly pay First shift schedule (no nights) Opportunity for full-time hire Health, dental, and vision benefits Consistent full-time hours Important This job requires working in a production environment, standing for long periods, and maintaining reliable attendance.
