This is a hands-on industrial position where you'll help produce metal castings used in manufacturing operations. No prior foundry experience is required. We provide training and opportunities to develop valuable industrial skills. What You'll Do Support foundry operations and metal casting production Operate equipment used in the melting and pouring process Assist with furnace operations Operate overhead cranes and industrial equipment Clean, grease, and maintain production equipment Perform general production and material handling tasks Remove excess metal and assist with production processes Follow all safety and quality procedures Help maintain a clean and organized work environment What You Should Know This is a true industrial manufacturing environment. Employees in this department regularly work: Around molten metal and high temperatures In a loud production environment In dusty conditions Around moving machinery and equipment On their feet throughout the shift Candidates who enjoy active, hands-on work tend to be most successful in this role. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Dependable attendance Willingness to work overtime as needed Ability to work safely in a hot industrial environment No Experience Necessary Previous foundry experience is not required.
