Production Assistant

Overview We're a fast-paced, deadline-driven newspaper production facility dedicated to delivering quality print media to our community. No prior experience? No problem! We'll provide full training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do:

Assist with operating and monitoring printing presses Prepare paper rolls and ink for production Stack, bundle, and package printed newspapers Maintain a clean and safe work area Support the production team to meet daily deadlines

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Paid training Opportunities for advancement Team-oriented work environment

Pay:

From $14.00 per hour
