Production Assistant - Help create our kick•ss products! This person is a completionist, looking to ease the burden of the owner. Focused, methodical, precise. I'm looking for someone reliable, teachable, and effective.

This is a Home-Based Business What you'll be doing Measuring and prepping products to be made Containing, packing, and labeling our products. Cleaning and organization (big and small jobs, no biohazards or extreme grossness) Assisting in production (hand me this and that, put this here, measure that, etc.) Quality control (answering questions like, "Is that Butters silky to you?") Lifting up to 50 lbs Assisting in making of content for social media Helping set up in our new location Product Sorting About The Butters Hygienics Co. The Butters Hygienics Co. (aka The Butters) founded in 2016 is a home-based manufacturer of handmade, vegan cosmetics & hygienics. Primarily know for our bedroom solutions, we also offer a currated collection of beloved bath and body products.

Interview process:

Phone interview to learn more about the job and if you're a good fit. Reference checks Pactice shift for one hour. You'll run through all the important tasks to see if you can do them to our standards and like the job. Pay Scale -

Learn & Earn:

$14/hr: First Three Shifts (or 12hrs) for training. $17/hr: Regular pay after training. $ 18/hr: Add Order fulfillment (est 10-20/day). After 30-60 Days based on your availability for extra work hours. Usually takes up no more than one hour per shift. Paid weekly via ACH Direct Deposit, Cash App or Zelle Hours and shifts:

Expect:

4-6hr shifts, MWF, 12 hours/week min. Shifts start times are flexible for the right candidate: 10am - 12pm. 10am is preferred.

You work well with specific verbal instructions Possible hazards: Strong fragrances including kitchen smells Particulate from powders, salts, earths, and other ingredients. Masks available. Heat gun is hot. Gloves and heat protection available. While I will do all the actual making of things, you might have to use or be near professional tools such as drills, mixers, immersion blenders, scissors, paper cutters, staplers, garbage disposal, vacuum, and laundry washing machines. All of these items will have some safety hazards, even in proper use. Literally anything can cause contact dermatitis with enough exposure. We will wear protective gear for production, but it is a concern of any manufacturing situation. Because we use an incredibly wide variety of ingredients, there's always a chance you may encounter a new and unknown allergen. You may end up with glowing, lustrous skin, and/or great hair.
