Manufacturing Assembly Job Duties:
Work at assigned station to assemble parts required for the finished product. Coordinate all parts needed to assemble the final product. Inspect parts and separate flawed components. Read and interpret work order travelers. Complete labor tickets accurately. Keep work area clean. Report labor hours and production count on labor tickets. Replenish the work station when finished for the next shift. Weigh completed parts as required. Complete other duties as assigned.
Manufacturing Brazing Operator Job Duties:
Ability to operate the furnace Ability to properly assemble parts, making sure the parts are ready for the furnace, (chips, shavings, burrs) Ability to read the furnace gages and detect operation failures Ability to read and understand prints and check sheets Knowledge of gages such as calipers and plug gages Perform regular quality checks and fill out paperwork pertaining to quality Properly tag pans of parts Properly fill out labor hours and production count on labor tickets Report any problems with parts to the group leader Keep immediate work area clean and free of hazards Requires sitting for long periods of time
Manufacturing Material Handler Job Duties:
Basic computer skills. Ability to accurately use scales and perform weight counting. Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds and occasionally above 50 pounds. Ability to learn and make decisions on proper handling and cycle type for washing/degreasing parts. Requires following written and/or verbal directions to ensure the proper processing of parts through vibratory operations. Ability to deliver parts to the required locations in a timely manner. A valid forklift permit is required. Required to work efficiently with co-workers on the team and customers in other departments. Other duties as assigned. Understanding of Material Handling processes. Working well with others and creating a positive work environment Capable of making data driven decisions. Participate in effective problem solving. Communicating effectively and professionally.
Manufacturing Screw Machine Operator:
Complete scheduled quality Checks Basic cleaning, oiling, and general maintenance of Screw Machine Trouble shoot and diagnose minor mechanical difficulties Change tools and drills Ability to run 2 machines Stock machines as needed Use of mics/gages/calipers or ability to learn to use the required quality measurement instruments Adjust machines as necessary to produce parts that meet required specifications. Work with supervisor, quality control and engineering to determine if re-work or scraping parts from a rejected lot is required. Seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
Manufacturing Shipping and Receiver Clerk:
Prior Shipping experience a plus but not requiredb. Physically able to perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds Currently have or be willing to complete training required to obtain a valid forklift permit Assist in basic housekeeping duties (sweeping, putting away boxes, etc.) Complete assigned tasks with emphasis on safety Open communication with co-workers and other departments is required Requires the ability to operate digital and mechanical scales Verifies receipt of parts by weighing, counting and sorting parts to ensure accurate filling of orders. Distributes stock according to travelers or requisitions Moves or transports material or supplies between departments or to outside subcontractors for plating as needed. Manufacturing CNC Lathe Operator:
Set up or program the computer responsible for the machinery. Follow safety requirements and maintain certifications. Inspect the machinery and product for quality assurance. Perform daily maintenance on the machinery. Handle materials appropriately and safely. Measure completed parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure they meet strict tolerances.
