Full-Time Join a Team That Builds Precision Components We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our CNC Finishing Department on 2nd shift. In this role, you will operate tumbling equipment used to remove burrs, smooth surfaces, and improve the finish of precision-machined components used in high-quality optical products. This is a hands-on manufacturing position ideal for candidates with production, machine operation, assembly, or quality inspection experience. Responsibilities Load and unload machined components into tumbling equipment Operate and monitor tumbling machines throughout production runs Inspect parts before and after processing to ensure quality standards are met Remove defective or non-conforming parts from production Sort, count, clean, and package finished components Follow work instructions and production schedules Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Assist with other manufacturing and finishing operations as needed Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED Ability to stand and walk throughout a 10-hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and dependable work history Ability to work in a manufacturing environment Manufacturing or production experience Machine operation experience Quality inspection experience Experience working with metal components or machined parts Familiarity with measuring tools and production standards Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching Repetitive hand movements Ability to lift, move, and carry materials as needed Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving equipment Ready to Apply?
