What You'll Do:

• Accurately measure and mix raw materials using production formulas
• Operate and maintain mixing equipment, including setup and cleaning

What We're Looking For:

• Basic math skills (measurements, weights, conversions)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
