Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Line Lead to oversee daily production line operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Flint, MI. This role is responsible for driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and supporting team members to ensure efficient workflow and on-time order completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a production team to meet daily output and quality goals Partner with team leadership to assign tasks based on work orders and production needs Train and mentor employees on processes, safety, and performance expectations Work alongside team members to complete production tasks, including: Packing and unpacking products Repackaging materials as needed Building product bundles and supply kits Assembling mailing packets Performing box printing and labeling Receive and process new and returned products Accurately log, track, and maintain production documentation Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standards Assist with continuous improvement efforts and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required At least 1+ year of experience leading a team in a production or warehouse environment Experience in corrugated or manufacturing environments preferred Basic computer skills and ability to manage production data Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and verbal) Proven leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and outdoor elements Walk long distances (100+ yards) repeatedly throughout shift Lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly without assistance Safely operate material handling equipment Visual ability to perform tasks requiring close, distance, and peripheral vision, as well as focus adjustments IND2
