Full Job Description The Opportunity:
Based in Flint, Michigan, the 1st Shift Production Line Lead oversees a machine line and its employees to ensure efficient assembly of customer orders.
Hours:
6:00am - 2:30pm
Pay Rate:
$20/hr How you will impact
Packaging Solutions Smurfit Westrock :
Lead and work alongside the crew to prepare products, including packing, unpacking, repackaging, building bundles, printing boxes, and applying labels. Receive, log, and track new and returned products. Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards. Assist with Team Lead duties when needed. Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years of experience leading a crew in a production environment; corrugated manufacturing experience preferred. Able to operate PIT equipment Proficiency in spoken and written English. Basic computer skills.
