Job Title:

General Production Worker Job Description The role involves placing parts onto a roller conveyor. A lift assist is available for handling heavier parts. Once approximately five parts are on the conveyor, you will push it towards the automated system. The wash line is structured in a U shape, with loading being the initial step of the process. At the end of the process, you will use the lift assist to remove parts from the conveyor, which will then be placed into boxes for shipping. The work is repetitive in nature. Responsibilities Place parts onto a roller conveyor using lift assist for heavy parts. Push conveyor with parts towards the automated system. Remove parts from the conveyor at the end of the process using lift assist. Box parts for shipping to the client. Essential Skills General labor and production experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with repetitive tasks. Recent experience in a manufacturing facility. Maintain good attendance. Work Environment Work alongside three people on the production line, with one person loading and another unloading parts, while the third prepares shipping labels. The facility features dim lighting and a quiet atmosphere. The dress code requires oil-resistant shoes or steel toes, no cutoffs, hats worn forward, and avoidance of hoods or loose clothing. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fraser, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
