This position combines artwork preparation and hands-on production, and is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of color separations and screen printing workflows. The right candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities

• Create accurate color separations for screen printing
• Prepare and edit artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Set up production-ready files and ensure print accuracy
• Assist with screen printing production as needed
• Maintain consistency in color, registration, and overall print quality
• Organize and manage digital artwork files Requirements
• 2+ years of screen printing or related experience
• Strong experience with color separations
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Solid understanding of screen printing processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications
• Experience operating a laser engraving/cutting machine
• Experience using a heat press
