The Assembly Lead is responsible for overseeing daily assembly operations to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, accurately, and to quality standards. This role trains and assists team members, troubleshoots assembly and equipment issues, and coordinates with maintenance, shipping, inventory, and other departments to meet production goals and customer deadlines. The Assembly Lead also serves as the department lead in the absence of the Assembly Supervisor while promoting safety, organization, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout the department.
