Operations Position Description:
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the assembling of components and finished medical devices on a specific production line.
Job Responsibilities:
Assembles subassemblies and finished product per standardized work instructions to ensure the product meets or exceeds quality standards Follows defined assembly procedures and complies with quality requirements Ensure all records are completed appropriately Ensure that the escalation procedure for quality concerns is followed Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations Responsible for training operators for products and processes within their team Understands and can communicate Camino's policies and procedures Other responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED 5 years of manufacturing experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Additional duties may be assigned as needed
Job Specifications:
Occasionally moves and positions assembly equipment weighing up to 30 pounds for various manufacturing and production needs Must be able to work in a clean room environment Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time Must be able to operate cutting tools and other assembly machinery Must be able to inspect parts for quality and identify issues

$20.00 per hour
