Grand Rapids, MI, 49505 Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Offset Press Helper to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate will assist in the operation and maintenance of offset printing presses, ensuring smooth production processes and high-quality output. Responsibilities Assist press operators with setup, operation, and cleanup of offset printing presses. Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed under supervision. Perform routine maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting on press equipment. Handle materials such as paper, ink, and plates, ensuring proper inventory and storage. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies. Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient production workflow. Qualifications Ability to see and distinguish colors accurately (not color blind). Basic mechanical skills and aptitude for working with printing machinery. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
